BET'NEEN BROADWAY AND ARCH, THIRD 1 -?D FOURTH STREETS.
BE, IT BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIri TLS ROLL,

SECTION 1. That the grades of the alley between Broadway
and Arch, Third and Fourth street, be and the same are hereby es-
tablished as shown on plans filed in the office of the Superintendent
of Public Works.
SECTIGN 2. All ordinances and harts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are. hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage.
