AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT FOR ERECTION OF
A SANDWICH AND COLD DRINK STAND ON LOTS 7 T012,
BLOCK 8,DEXF MUTE ADDITION, AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING.,
SAME.
BE IT ORDAIivED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Lf =C &:
Section 1. That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
instructed to issue a permit to C. L. Hendricks Co. fog r the

erection of a building approximately 15 feet square and 25
feet high on Lots 7 to 12, Block 8, Deaf Mute addition to
City of Little Rock, RX& for purpose of serving sandwiches and
cold drinks; also to beautify and otherwise improve the grounds
surrounding said building.
Section 2. All 6rdinances and parts of ordinances
insofar as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ord6nance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
