ORDINANCE 4557•
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DONATION BY S.J.BEAUCHAMP
AND W.E.LENON,TRUSTEES OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED BY THE CITY AS A GARBAGE AND
REFUSE DISPOSAL PLANT OR SITE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the deed from S. J. Bea.ucha.mp and W.E.
Lenon, Trustees, to the East Half (El) of Block Forty —eight (48);
all of Blocks Fifty —three (53) and Fifty —frour (54), Industrial
Park Annex No 2 to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, be and the same is hereby accepted and that the city
of Little Rock hereby agrees to perpetually use and maintain said"
lands for a garbage disposal site only and it is agreed that in the`
event the said land or any part thereof be abandoned as said garbage
disposal site or that the city fails to comply with any other con-
ditions mention-d in said deed then said deed shall be null and
void and the title to all of said land shall revert to the said
S.J.Bea.uchamo and W.E.Lenon, Trustees, their successors or assigns.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage.
