AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REVOCATION OF A LICENSE
ISSUED BY THE CITY COLLECTOR TO E. E. ELLIOTT TO OPERATE REPAIR
GARAGE AT 2013 NEST 157M STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, The City Collector has through error issued
to E. E. Elliott a license to operate a repair garage at 2013
West 15th Street (Receipt No. P 2132, issued January 2, 1930);
a nd
WHEREAS, The City Council, of the City of Little
Rock, did, on April S, 1929, deny the petition of E. E. Elliott
to rebuild or repair a garage at 2013 West 15th Street: there-
fore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 'ROCK:
Section 1. That the City Collector is hereby
instructed to immediately revoke the license issued to E. E.
Elliott to operate a repair garage at 2013 West 15th Street,
being Receipt No. P 2132, and to return to the said E. E. Elliott
the full amount of the license fee paid: and the City Collector
is further instructed not to issue a license for a business of
any nature at that location.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage, and all ordinances or
parts of ordinances, insofar as they conflict herewith, are here-
by repealed.
