ARCHITECTS AND TO L7V COITTRACTS FOR THE Bt7ILDING OF FIFE STA.TIOITS
TO BE LOCATED AT SIKTH AND FLETCHER STREETS, FOURTEEETTH AND PULASKI
STREETS, AND PROSPECT AND HARRISON STREET, AND FOR 0TEIR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIMED BY TFT CITY COUNCIL OT THE CITY OF LITTIF ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to employ Wittenberg
& Delony, Thomas Harding, and H. Ray Burks, to make the s ecessary
plans and specifications and act as architects in the building of
the fire stations located at Sixth end Fletcher Streets, Fourteenth
and Pulaski Streets, and Prospect and Harrison Street, respectively.
Section 2. The Board of Public Affairs of t '-rP- City of Little
Rock is hereby authorized and directed to let contracts for the
Vuilding of the fire stations at said locations according to the
plans and specifications made by said architects, to the lowest
responsible bidder or bidders.
Section 3. This ordinance being necessary for the inmediate
preservation of the peace, health, and safety of the citizens of
Little Rock, an emergency is ' ereby declared and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
