BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUI?CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this ordinance
it shall be a violation of this ordinance for more than three
persons, either minors or adults to ride in the front or drivers
seat of any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle, when driven
upon any street or public way in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Any person or persons guilty of violating the terms
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction therefor shall be fined in any sun not less than five
nor more than twenty five dollars each, and every person riding
in said front or drivers seat shall be deemed to have violated
this ordinance when the ntnnber in said seat shall exceed three.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
