AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,038.57 FROM THE
AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT, AND HOSPITAL FUND FOR EXPENSES INCIDEN-
TAL T0- ACQUIZITION OF AIRPORT SITE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,038.57 be, and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of the Airport, Fire
Equipment, and Hospital Fund for the purpose of paying expenses
incidental to acquisition of the Fourche Dam airport site, as

follows (to be charged to the Airport Account):

and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants therefor, payable to the parties named, for
the amounts mentioned.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
