AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF FEES FOR THE
IN, "PECTION OF DAIRY CATTLE.
BE IT ORDAI'N'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARK.
Section 1: From and after April 15, 1930, the
City Veterinarian is authorized to collect a fee of $3.00
for the first animal inspected, and twenty —five (25) cents
for each additional animal. The fees shall be paid to the
inspector at the time of inspection.
Section 2: No charge shall be made for the
tuberculin test and inspection, where the dairyman has paid
an annual inspection fee as provided in Section 8, Ordinance
# 4017.
