AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATIrdG X11,101.00 FRO' THE
AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT, AND HOSPITAL FUND IN PART PAYDENT
ON COivSTRUCTION OF ANNEX TO THE GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND FOR
OTHtR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $11,101.00 be, and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of the Airport, Fire
Equipment, and Hospital Fund for the purpose of payment in part
on construction contract of annex to the General Hospital as
follows (to be charged to the Hospital Annex Account):
MCGregor & Pickett:
Payment on Contract as per
Architects Estimate No. 2 .....................$ 11,101.00
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrant therefor, payable to the parties named, for
the amount mentioned.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
