ORDINANCE NO. 4589 .
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,065.62 FROM THE
AUTO FUND IN PAYMENT FOR AUTO TAGS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,065.62 be, and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the Auto Fund, of the
City of Little Rock, in payment for 15,500 city auto license
tags for 1930, purchased from Rufe Hunt, and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's
warrant for such amount, payable to Rufe Hunt.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
