BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKARTSAS:
Section 1. The Gus Blass Company is
0
hereby granted pemnit upon the payment of the usual
fees now provided by ordinance to use four feet of the
sidewalk on the north side of fourth Street, 25feet
west of the east property line of the property
located on the northwest corner of Fourth and Train
Streets,for the purpose of constructing a stairway
L-d into the basement of the building located upon said
property. This pezmnit shall be for a period of ten
years from date.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are herebjc repealed
and iris. ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passEVre .
