ORDINANCE NO. 4595 .
Aid ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $86,200.00, OR AS MUCH
THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, TO PAY AMERICAN-LA FRANCE & FOAMITE '
I 14DUSTRIES, INCORPORATED, FOR CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIRE
DEPARTI ENT, A , D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIdED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $86,200.00, or as
much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of
the Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund for the purpose of
paying American-La-France & Foamite Industries, Ircorpora.ted, for
1 - 1000 gallon Triple Combination Pumping Engine
with 80 gallon Booster Tank;
5 - 750 gallon Triple Combination Pumping Engines
with SO gallon Booster Tanks;
2 Combination City Service Ladder Trucks with
Chemical Tanks;
1 - 75' Six Cylinder Tractor Drawn Aerial Truck
with double bank ladder equipment;
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to draw the City's warrant for said sum, or such portion
thereof as may be necessary, payable out of said sum, making the
maturity of said warrant or warrants at such dates as in their
discretion may seem to the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
