ORDINANCE N0. 4600
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,500.00 FROM THE
AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPI NT AND HOSPITAL FUND TO BE USED AS FIRST
PAYMENT ON GENERAL CONTRACT FOR BUILDING FIRE STATION AT
1401 PULASKI STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $6,500.00 be, and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys in the
Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund, of the City of Little
Rock, to be used for payment of Architect's Estimate No. 1,
issued to J. H. Leveck & Sons, General Contractors, erecting
Fire Station at 1401 Pulaski Street, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant for such
amount, payable to J. H. Leveck & Sons, charging same to Fire
Equipment account.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
