Ali ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,534.48 FRO h THE PARK
FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section, 1. That the sum of $2,534.48 be, and the
same is hereby, appropriated out of any moneys remaining in the
Park Fund, of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the
following claims:
To HAWKINS LUMBER COMPANY
For Lumber, etc., at Fair Park Zoo
To FONES BROS. HARDWARE COMPANY
For 995 feet Fencing, etc., at Fair
Park
To JAMES LAWSON City Collecyyto

Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants therefor,
payable to the parties named, and all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
