AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIuING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH FRANK J. ISE:bIAA7 , TRUSTEE, IN
CONNECTION WITH FAIR PARK CO:uCESSIONS, AND FOR GTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI <ED BY THE CITY 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs, for
the City of Little Rock, be and the same is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Frank J. Iseman, Trustee, for the
privilege of operating certain exclusive concessions in Fair
Park; the terms of such franchise to be as mutually* agreeable
to the contracting parties, and the franchise to be for a
five (5) year period, Tith option of renewal by the party of
the second -oart for an additional five years.
Section 2. That all ordinances and harts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
