the City Council of Little Lock for the construction of said
improvement, and that the cost thereof be assessed upon the
real property within said district and according to benefits
received, and

of the City Clerk of the City of Little Nock, Arkansas, and as the
same maZ- be annually re—adjusted. by the Board of Assessors and
that six (6) per cent of said assessment of the value of benefits
to each of.said lots, blocks and parcels of land shall be paid
on or before the 1st day of September, 1930 and on or before
the 1st day of September of each and every year thereafter until
the whole of said local assessments shall have been paid.
Section Z. That all ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
