AN ORDINANCE LI^ENSING THE SELLING OF BREAD, CAKES,
PIES AND BAKERY GOODS FROM MOTOR VEHICLT'S ON THE STREETS OF
THE C'JT71r OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAI_TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
Section 1. From and after the passage of this ordinance
a. license fee of Five ($5.00) Dollars per month shall be paid
upon each motor truck or car operated on the streets of the
City of Little Rock for the purpose of selling bread, cakes,
pies and bakery goods from said motor truck or car, direct
to the c -)resumer or general public. The City Collector shall
issue said license for each truck or car selling such bakery
goods, after said truck or car shall have been inspected and
approved for such purposes by the City Health Officer of the
City of Little Rock.
Section 2. It is understood that this ordiiii.nce shall
apply only in cases where solicitation and direct sales are
made from said truck or car and shall .not apply to motor
vehicles delivering articles sold in the regular course from
the place of business of the seller.
Section 3. 411 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
