AND RATIFYING ANY LEASE OR LEASES AL LADY ENTERED INTO BY SAID
BOARD OF �'UBLIC AFFAIRS ON SAID PROPERTY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to enter into a lease contract with 'Thite Bros.& Co.
of Russellville, Arkansas for the land and -:remises known as
the Air Plane and Air Ship Landing Field and being a. part of
the property of the United States Government known as the Little
Rock Air Depot, Little Rocky Arkansas, for a period of five,(5)
years from Ilay 2391930 and for a rental consideration of Three
Thousand ($39000) Dollars per yearp and any lease contracts
he-etofore executed by the said Board of Public Affairs with the
said White Bros. & Company upon said premises is hereby ratified
and confirmed as fully as if said contract had been executed
after the passage of this ordinance.

We, the undersigned Aldermen, hereby instruct the Board
of Public Affairs to enter into a lease with ,hite Bros. of
Russellville, Arkansas, for the Goverrment hirrort, and we
hereby agree to vote for an ordinance approving said lease
and an ordinance authorizing said Board of Public Affairs to
execute a surety bond to 'bite Bros. guaranteeing that the
