BE IT ORDATMED BY TILE' CITY CO 'ITCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL_ -: ROCK.:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract of lease
t--ith the United States Deyoartr:ent of Coriii-.erce for such por-
tions of the Little 'pock r: °unicipal Airport as is necessary
for the erection and maintenance of radio stations to be
o -oerated by the Department of Corierce in connection with
airplane travel in and out of the Littlo Rock TTunici oal Air-
port for a term of years that said air-oort is leased to the
City of Little Rock, and for the price and consideration of
One Dollar Ul',l) per year.
Section 2. T'.is ordinance being necessary for the
preservation of the public peace, health, znd safety;- of the
citizens of Li' ,-tle Rocl,_, it shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
