AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE ANNUAL COLLEC'CION OF BENEFITS OF
SE74ER INIPROVEME:NT DISTRICT NUMBER 115, OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, it has been ascertained by the Board of
Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District No. 115, of Little
Rock, Arkansas, that it will be necessary to increase the
annual levy on this district in order to meet the outstanding
obligati. ons of this district:
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Lii_.tle Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordin-
ance No. 4616, be amended to read as follows:
That the said several blocks, lots
and parcels of real property, railroads and
railroad rights of way in said Sewer Improve-
ment District Igo. 115, of the city of Little
Rock, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby
assessed according to the assessment list as
the same now appears in tI. e office of the
City Clerk of the City of Little Rock; and as
the same may be annuRlly readjusted by the
Board of Assessors, and that three !ind three
fourths (3�t) per eentum of said assessment of
the value of benefits to each of said blocks,
lots and parcels of land, railroad and rail-
road rights of way, shall be paid on or before
the fl-t day of September, 1930, and that
four (4) per centum of said assessment of the
value of benefits to each , =f said blocks, lots
and parcels of land, shall be paid on or before
the first of September of each ,year, thereafter,
until the whole of said local assessment shall
be paidp and said local assessment shall be a
charge and a lien against all real property
in said district from the date of this ordin-
ance and shall be entitled to preference over
all judgements, executions, encumbrances, or
liens whensoever created, until such local
assessment, with any penalty and cost that may
accrue thereon, shall be paid; provided as be-
tween grantor and grantee, all payments not due
at t',-e date of the transfer of such real property
shall be payable b Y grantee.
Section 2. That all ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be,
add the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
