AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PROPERTY OWNERS THE RIGHT
TO CONTRUCT FOUR -FOOT SIDEWALKS ON THE EAST SIDE OF MARTIN
STREET FROM FOURTH STREET TO CAPITOL AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF FOURTH STREET FROM BROWN STREET TO 'MARTIN STREET, kND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission is hereby granted
property owners to construct four -foot sidewalks on the east
side of Martin Street from Fourth Street to Capitol Avenue
and on the south side of Fourth Street from Brown Street to
Martin Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith, only insofar as they affect
this location, are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
