AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO C0NTHACT FOR THE PAVING OF ROUTES "A" AND "B" IN
FAIR PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized to advertise for bids and let contract for
the paving of routes "A" and "B" in Fair Park, as now designated
by the City Engineer's plans, the funds for payment for same to
be later appropriated from the Park Fund of the City of Little
Rock.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict hererith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
