Section 1. The = `,rkansaw eater Company is hereby ordered and
directed to install an 8" line from its 12" line in
Garland - ,venue southward behind the east curb of :rch
Street, a distance of a proximately 1601, and instai.l
thereon one standard Ludlow fire hydrant near the
Fire Department's drill tower, said hydrant to be
used for the prevention and extinguish -cent of fires,
testinf_; of fire hose,and practice and trainin. of ti e
City firemen.
Section 2. This line and hydrant are ordered in accordance
with `section 8 of ordinance ito. 3290, passed August 13,
1923, and as amended by Ordinance ?To. 3442, passed
Barth 24, 194, and as amended by urdinlnce 230. 4356,
passed July 9, 1928.
3eetion 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herev:ith are hereby repealed only insofar as
they conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall t,,Ake effect and be in
