ORDINANCE NO. 466
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,747-07 TO PEOPLES
TRUST COMPANY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated
out of the General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock, the
sum of $2,747.07 for the purpose of paying the Peoples Trust
Company carrying charges on warrants of the City of Little Rock
as follows:

Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue a warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples
Trust Company, of such maturity as they deem for the best
interests of the City.
Section 3. This ordinance to take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
