ORD MANCE NO. 4669.
An Ordinance authorizing the Board of Public Affairs
to enter into a contract with the P. 7. Connelly Paying
Company for the paving of Rax, to B in Fair Park and for
other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL OT T,* CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section 1. The Board of Public Aff &irs is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with the P. F. Connelly
Paging Company for the paving of Route or Dtive "B" in
Fair Park in accordance with the proposal ani specificatians
prepared by the City Engineer for the total contract price
of �3 ,157.30 .
Section 2. All of said paving shall be done under the
supervision of the City Engineer and upon ccmpletion of
said work the City Engineer shall render an estimate of
all work done and the Mlayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrants in payment for
such work, s id warrants to be drawn upon the Special
Park Fund and the stun of 43,187.30 is hereby appropriated
for said
purpose
out of said Special
Park Fund.
Section
3. This
ordinance shall take
effect and be in
eta force from and after the date of its passage.
