DIVISIONS OF LAYD 71ITHIN STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT T_•T0. 481, OF THE CI`T'Y OF LIT'T'LE ROCK,

"IHEREAS, it has become necessary to increase the
annual collection. of b ;nefits in this district in order to
raise sufficient money to complete payment for the improvements
constructed bT, the district;
rl THEREFORE, IT IS Ng,,F! ORDi:INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF Tli'T, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK; -iNS iS:
Section I. That the several blocks, lots, p=arcels,
and other subdivisions of real property within said Street Imrrove-
ment District No. 481, of the City of Little hock, Arkansas, be,
and they are hereby, assessed according to the assessment list for
said im-srovement district as same now remains in the office of the
City Clerk of the Cite of Little hock, Arkansas, and as the same
may be annually readjusted by the Board of _assessors, and that
ten (10) per centum of said assessment of the value of the benefits
on each of the said blocks, lots, parcels, and other subdivisions
of land shall be paid annually, on or before the first day of

October of 1930, 1931, , : -,nd thereafter six and three - fourths
(64) per centum of said assessment of the value of the benefits
on each of the s <2�id blocks, lots, and parcels and other subdivi-
sions cif land shall be - aid annually on or before the first day
of October of each year until the whole of said assessment shall
have been paid. The next annual payment shall be made on or before
the first d,v of October, 1930.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this or6inance
shall 1W from in full force and effect f om and after its passage.
