AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $252.45 IN PAYMENT FOR
ONE SET OF WILLIAM AND MARY QUARTERLY FOR THE PUBLIC LIBRARY, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

Section 1. That the sum of $252.45 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated from the General Revenue Fund in pay-
ment for one set of William and Mary Quarterly for the Public
Library, which was purchased pursuant to recommendation of the
Library Committee adopted October 14, 1929, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue a City warrant payable
to Joseph K. Ruebush Company.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
