`t','?MREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority
in assessed value of the property located within the territory
hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that an improve -
nient district be established for the purpose hereafter set out.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring
to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was si-ned by
a majority of more than �O per cent in assessed value of
the ov;ners of real property within said territory;
N0'�I, T1UMEFORE, BE IT 011MAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property:
Lot 1, Block 32; Lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12, Block 21;
Lots 4,5.6,7,8 and 9, Block 22; Lots 6,7,8,9 and 10,
Block 25; and Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8, Block 26, all
in Jones Iortilen's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; Lots 1,,3,10,11 and 12, Block 5; Lots
4 5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12, Block 6; Lots 4,5,6,7,8 and 9,
Block 7; and lots 1,2,3,10,11 and 12, Block S, all in
C. & p. Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock;
and Lots 4,5,6,7,8 and 9, Block 1, and Lots 1,2,3,10,
11 and 12, Block 2, in Braddock's Addition to the City
of Little Rock;
for the purpose of building
and rebuilding of curbs and gutters,
construction and repairing of drainage and paving the following
streets, to -wit:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Block 26 in Jones
& 1�4orthen's Addition, thence South on said west line of
Block 26 extended to the Northwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 32, Jones & r,orthen's Addition, thence Fast on

Fifteenth Street to the bast property line of Allis
Street, thence South on Allis Street to the South
line of Braddock's Addition, and begin again at the
South line of Thirteenth Street on Allis and ran South
to the PTorth property line of Fifteenth Street;
in such manner and with such materials as the Commissioners to
be appointed shall determine to be for the best interest of the
district, and that the cost of said improvement be assessed and
charged upon the real property within said district.
Said district shall be known as Street
Improvement District No. 5117 and

and are hereby
named commissioners, vaho shall compoe e the Board of Improvement
for said district.
Section 2. Vais ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
