I...EREAS The City of Little Rock has a.dobted a City Plan
and appointed a City Tlanning Commission, and
t'JHEREAS, that the rowth and improvement of the City of
Little Rock shall in the future conform to this comprehensive
master plan, therefore
BE IT EI?_'CTED BY THE CITY COL:"CIL OF T =TE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
:Section 1. That any ordinance or resolution dealin; with
the opening, %,iidening or extension of otreets; creation of
boulevards, parkways or trafficways; construction of underpasses
or vii-.ducts; the acquisition ._4nd develo-oment of parks, play-rounds
and other recreational f;.cilities;the laying out of sub- divisions
and ,_�.dditions to the city; the location and architectural character
of public buildings; the provisions of approaches and settin s for
j.ublic buildin -s; the use of schemes of esthetic improvements; and
all m�.tters relating to zoning, as sell as all other :tatters
naturally within the purview of the function of the City - Planning
Commission shall be referred to the -ity Planning Commission
for investigation and re rt before final action is taken thereon
by the City Council.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after the date of its passage and all ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
