FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BY AidY
PERSON WHO HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF DRIVING f., CR WHILE UNDER
THE INFLUENCE c1F INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR DRUGS _' -:ivD FOR OTHER
PURP03ES.
BE IT ORDAII,ED BY THE CITY COU CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
:section 1. That from and after the passage of this
ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person who shall have
been convicted in any court in this state of driving a motor
vehicle while under the influence of intoxic�a.in� licuor or
drugs, to operate a motor vehicle within the li-.its of the
City of Little Rock during the space of one (1) year from
the date of conviction of said person for said offense.
" 3ection 2. The Judge of the 1:unicipal Court and the
Chief of Police of the City of Little Rock are hereby directed

to keep under separate cover, for a permanent record, in alpha-
betical order, as well as by state license number, a record of

all persons convictednUpon said charge, together witi "1 the date
of conviction.
Section 3. The pen -lty provided for in this ordin--nce
shall be in addition to those now prescribed by the State
law for the offense mentioned herein.
Section 4. Any police officer who shall arrest or
observe any person guilty of the acts mentioned in this ordinance
and who shall fail to docket said person with said offense or
shall fail to arrest him or her when such arrest is possible,
said officer shall be immediately suspended upon the ll 'L -cini;
of such charge against him by any citizen of the city of Little
Rock and if found guilty of committing such act by the City

Section 5. All ordinances or L-L its of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
