Sectionl. That - a wholesale curb market is hereby established
in the city "of Little Bock fqr the purpose of providing a place where
:'armers, - ardeners, and producers raising their own produce may
expose ;_ nd offer the same for sale.
Section 2. The Tarketing committee o' the Little -;ock
city council is hereby empowered and authorized to deteriaine and
set _side a location for said market.
Section 3. Said rarheting committee of the Little
Rock Cit Council is hereby authorized and empowerec: to male all
rules necessary for the conduct tnd regulation of the said whole-
!sale curb market.
Secti;:n4 . All ordinances in c on_lict "1wi th the -rovi-
si o ns hereof are hereby repealed.
Seetiov: 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
