Section 1. That the sum of Five hundred ($500) Dollars
is hereby appropriated from the ;:special Parks Fund for the use
of the Little Rock Golf Commission in improvinL the Little Rock
= `unicipal Golf Course and the .ayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to e:.ecute a warrant upon the Special Parks Fund,
