AN ORDINANCE REFUNDING ;39.75 TO BURT JOHNSON,HIS
EXCESS OF SALE PRICE ON Ii >TPOUNDED STOCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of Thirty Nine Dollars and Seventy
Five Cents ($39.75) be refunded to Burt Johnson as the amount
received from the sale of certain live stock i-li e;-;cess of the
cost of impoundinS same and the Iayor and City Clerk are Hereby
authorized to execute the city;s warrant to Burt Johnson, and the
said amount of ;39.75 is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after the date of its passage.
