AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 0508.00 TO
BE USED Iii PAY I14G THE FUNERAL EXPENSES OF SAMUEL NEAL McDERMOTT
DE'T'ECTIVE, CITY OF LITTLE ROOK, ARKANSAS, A.0 FOR OTHER
PUhPOSES.
BE IT ORDAI.IED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $508.00, or as much
thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby,
appropriated out of any money now in the General Fund, of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, not otherwise appropriated, to
pay the funeral expenses of Samuel Neal McDermott, a detective
of the City of Little Rock; and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants
therefor, payable to R. F. Drummond & Company for said amount.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage.
