PULASKI COUNTY AS THE DEFOSIT REQUIRED IN THE CONDETJINATION
PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN THAT COURT
FOR THE AC QUIS ITIOIi OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR S i. UNIC IPAL .SIR PORT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COtT'TCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Treasurer of the City of Little Rock
be and he is here':y authorized and directed to secure a certi-
ficate of de-- -.osit in the name of the Cit of Lit I�ocK in
the sum of " !o�0 from he deb os�itory bank
or banks in the City of Little Rock, where the Proceeds from
the bond issue for :sir tort - ur:oses is now on dei.osit, and
to assign to and deposit said Certificate with B.T.Hoff, Clerk
of the Fulaski Circuit Court, as the security which the City
of Little Rock is required by order of that court to deposit
in the condemnation suit of City of Little Rock vs Charles J.
Blatsas, et al, now pending in the Pulaski. Circuit Court. Said
money to remain upon deposit in said court subject to the
orders of the court thereto.
Section 2. ill ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from _.nd after its Massage.
