GEINE'RAL REVEFLTE FUND OF THE CITY OF LI ITLI: ROCK.
,HEREAS, There has heretofore been credited to the
Airport, Fire Equipment, and hospital Bond Fund the sum of
86,324.56, representing accrued interest upon the said funds,
whereas,
and /the said interest accruals should have been credited to the
General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rock; Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY TNT CITY COUNCIL OF TNT- CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the said sum of V6,324.56 be, and
the same is hereby transferred from the said Airport, Fire
Equi-pment, and Hospital Bond Fund to the General Revenue fund
of the City of Little 71tock, and the City Treasurer is hereby
ordered and directed to effect the said transfer.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereb,r repBaled, and
t',is ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
