a permit to erect a gasoline filling station at the North east
corner of the intersection of Eighth and Cross streets upon the
payment of the usual fees now prescribed by ordinance.
Section 2, All ordinances in conflict herewith are, in —so—far as they
do conflict hereby repealed for the purposee of granting the permit
herein desctibed, only.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passaBv

We, the undersigned owners of property adjacent to and
adjoining the Northeast corner of the street intersection at Eighth
& Cross Streets, hereby give our consent for the construction of
a modern gasoline filling station by Baker Oil Company on said
property, said station to cost not less than Five Thousand Dollars,
and to comply with the city's regulations as to buildings of this
nature, and we hereby agree that vNith the permission of your honorable
body the construction of said station may be begun at once.

Comes your petitioner, Baker Oil Company, and respectfully
represents that it has heretofore file application with the Citv
Engineer for a permit to construct a filling station (gasoline)
on the Northeast corner of the street intersection at Eighth &
Cross Streets, and it attaches hereto written consent of the
property owners adjacent to and adjoining the property on which
it is proposed to construct said gasoline filling station.
Your petitioner prays that it be granted a permit to
construct said filling station without delay.
