ORDINANCE NO. 4826.
N ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROr THE yIRPORT,FIRE E NUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL BOND FUND
TO BE 7AID R.E. =EY FOR SERVICES RENDERED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of One Thousand ($1,000)
Dollars is hereby appropriated from the :airport, Fire
Equipment and Hospital Pond Fund to be paid to R.E.
Uiley for services rendered in the condemnation of
land for :a municipal airport and the hayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
city's warrant in said amount.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after the date of its passage.
