FUND OF THE CI'T'Y OF LITTLE RUCK, AI 1,1D FOR O'IEER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T? E CITY COUTuCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. 'That the sum of $778.46 be, and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the Park Fund, of the
City of Little Rock; for the 6,yment of the following:
Je s. Lawson, City Collector:
Pay Rolls - Route A, Fair Park 41.05
Shearman Concrete Pipe Co.:
Supplies 266.25
Wilbur Sand Co.:
Sand 41_lh
TOTAL ...................... $ 778.46
and the Y-ayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts
mentioned, said warrants being drawn against the Park Fund.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby revealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
