Section 1. That Section 1, of Ordinance 1tro. 4565 be
ame ided to read as follows: ,ON„
"Section 1. Between June 1 and June 10 of each year
all dairymen selling milk to pasteurizing plants, the milk from
which is resold in the City of Littie Rock, shall pay to the City
Collector an inspection fee equivalent to the sum of 33.00 for
the first a,znd .25� for e2,ch additional animal in the herd."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
