AN ORD INAI>TCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 4426.
BE I`1' ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LI` `T'LE ROCK:
Section 1. That Ordinance -To. 4426, passed by the
Cizy Council of the City of Little Rock on May 13th, 1929,
reading "AN ORDINANCk; TO PRF,VEW1 THE vgISBRAi1DIiiG OF BOTTLE
WA %R, A:qD FOR OTHER PURPOSES" , be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
Passed: June 22, 1931.
