4896ORD INANCE NO. 0 . 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SMI OF $11098.00 FROM THE AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIRMINT AND HOSPITAL FUIT, TO PAY GRADY GAMIS FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK ON STOMIT SEWER LYING ALONG THE ;NEST LINE OF THE CITY HALL BLOCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK_: Section 1. That the sum of X1,098.00, or as mutt, thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of the Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund for the purpose of paying for the construction of approximately 150 feet of storm sewer, lying along the west line of the City Hall block, being a part of an old town branch, same being necessary for the protection of the Fire Department Drill Tower; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants, payable to Grady Garms, in such amount or amounts. and of such due date as they deem for the best interests of the City, same to be charged to the Fire Equipment Account. Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
