Dear Sir: Enclosed you Will find an original and one copy of an ordinance restoring the ten per cent annual rate on District No. 343. This district finds it necessary to resume its ten per cent rate of collection because of the deposits lost in the American. Exchange Bank. The district is now in default for part of its bonds due January 1, 1931, and since the next collection begins in August this ordinance should be passed at the next council meeting. If the Street Improvement District Committee desires any further information on this matter, please call me and I shall be glad to meet with the committee. VIT :T.
