PETITION
Your petitioner desires to succeed Adam 11anns in the
operation of the Bollinc Alley parlor located at Rainbow Garden
but finds that the license now charged is prohibitive and
respectfully requests your honorable body to reduce said license
to Twenty (j1.00) Dollars per year per ally for Four ()
and Five(00) Dollars per alley per annum for all tables
operated over four.
Your petitioner verily believes that if your honorable
body will amend said license tax it will make it possible for
this business to operate, otherwise the tax as is now fixed by
City ordinance is prohibitive.
Respectfully submitted,
