AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE LOCATION OF ADDITIONAL
CEMETERIES 17ITHIN THE LIrITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: PRO -
HIBITING THE EXTENSION OF THE PRESENT BOUNDARIES OF THOSE
ALREADY HERE: FIXING FINE THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this
ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation,
to buy, sell or lease any land within the limits of the City of
Little Rock for the purpose of establishing additional cemeteries,
or for the extension of the present boundaries of cemeteries
already within the City limits.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to establish or attempt to establish any additional
cemeteries or to extend the boundaries of any cemeteries in the
City of Little Rock.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined
in any sum not less than One Hundred 0100.00) Dollars.-- �y'`O�`�

Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after the date of its
passage.
