4965J ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $37,800.00 FOR PAYMENT OF SEKT,ANTNAL INTE- :='EST COUPONS ON FUNDING BOND ISSUE OF MAY 1, 19252 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section. 1. That the sum of $37,800.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Fund of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following indebtedness, due and payable at the Chase National Bank of New York City: Interest Coupons No. 13, due May 1st, 1932, for semi - annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos. 231 to 1910, inclusive, dated May 1, 1925 (total principal being X1,680,000.00 ): and the Mayor an issue the City's Trust Company of Trust Company to National Bank of cited. 1 the City Clerk are hereby authorized to warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Little Rock, Arkansas; the said Peoples remit the amount received to the Chase New York City for the purposes herein re- Section 2.
