Section 1. That a permit is hereby granted the ?:'edical _irts
Building Company, of Little Rock, Arkansas, upon the payment of
the usual fees now in force therefor, to erect an open air
filling station upon the North East Corner of East Capitol Avenue
and Scott streets.
Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are,in so
far as they do conflict, hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in force and take effect from and after the date of its
passage.

Dear Sir :
Replying to your letter of the loth inst., advising
that the Medical Arts Building Company desires
temporarily to use the Northeast corner of Capitol
Avenue and Scott Street for an open air filling
station, and asking the Vestry of Christ Church for
its consent to th -t use for a period of three vears.
On March 1st, 1932 at its regular meeting, the Vestry
on motion P-ave its consent to the proposed building
of a filling station and store at the corner of East
Capitol Avenue and Scott Street by the Central Delivery
Company. Upon assignment by the Central Delivery Company
to your Company, of its rights in the matter, as far as
the Vestry is concerned, it has no objection to the
filling station proposed by your Company, provided it
is conducted in a quiet and orderly manner and does
not disturb the services of the church.
