PROVIDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE MAUSOLEUM IN
MOUNT HOLLY CEMETARY .
WHEREAS, the mausoleum in Mount Holly Cemet -pry
is falling into disrepair, so that it is necessary that
immediate repairs be made thereon in order to keep it
water tight and otherwise in safe and proper condition;
and
purpose;
WHEREAS, there are no funds applicable to the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That a tax of One Dollar 01.00) upon
each burial crypt in said mausoleum is hereby levied, the
same to be collected annually by the City Collector between
the first day of August and the first day of December, and
the proceeds of said taxes are to be turned over by the City
Collector to the Board of Trustees of fount Holly Cemetary,
to be used by it exclusively in the repair and maintenance
of said mausoleum.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force from
and after its passage, and the first collection shall be
made between the date of its passage and the first day of
December, 1932.
