5002T NU ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $37,800.00 FOR PAYMENT OF SERI - ANI'UnL INTERE"T COUPONS ON FUNDING BOND ISSUE OF SLAY 1, 1925, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAIIE D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the sum of $37,800.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Fund of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following indebted- ness, due and payable at the Chase National Bank of New York City: Interest Coupons No. 14, due November lst, 1932, for semi- annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos. 231 to 1910, inclusive, dated May 1, 1932 (total principal being .1,600,000.00); and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby aulthorized to issue the City's warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Trust Company of Little Rock, Arkansas; the said Peoples Trust Company to remit the e,nount received to the Chase N�.tional Bank of New York City for the purposes herein recited. Section 2. That the City Treasurer iF :hereby directed to forward to the Cir se National Bank of New York City, out of the Bond and Interest Fund, the sure of $58,000.00 to pay the principal of Funding Bonds nu.iibered 231 to 288, inclusive, same being due and payable at said Cir-se National Bank of NewYork City on November 1st, 1932. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
