5013Ordinance No. 5013 AN ORDINANCE APPENDING SECTION 55 of ORDINA10E 3913 of the Ordinances of Little ROCK; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK: Section.l. That Section 55 of Ordinance 3913 be amended to read in its entirety as follows; POST OFFICE PARKING. That between the hours of 7 A.M. and I P.M. the following parking regulations shall apply to and be observed at the site of the Federal Building at Capitol Avenue and Arch Streets. Vehicles shall park at an angle of 45 degrees upon the North �M ff c6a�Ttgf'MAP� ghPsuch parking shall be limited to twenty minutes at any one time. Parking shall be limited to One Hour upon the XXX1t South side of Capitol Avenue from Arch to Gaines Streets; the West Side of Arch Streets from Fourth to Fifth; the East side of Gaines Street from Fourth to Fifth. Section 2. All Ordinances or parts o insofar as they do conflict herewith traffic arround the Federal Building citizens of Little Rock an emergency ordinance shall be in force and take passage.
